We are looking for an energetic customer success executive to be part of our dynamic, innovative and customer-focused sales team at Apps for Tableau.

As the first point of contact for organizations like Nintendo, Siemens, and Pfizer, you’ll be responsible for selling our high-value products and services globally. Your role involves understanding customer needs, giving product demos, and finding solutions for unique data challenges. Experience in Tableau Software or Power BI is a plus, and a passion for data and analytics is essential. If you’re customer-oriented, communicative, and thrive in a multidisciplinary team, we invite you to join us in contributing to our organization’s success.

Requirements and competences.

  • Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial. You are fluent in English.

  • Problem-solving: the ability to quickly analyze situations, identify issues, and implement effective solutions is vital in addressing our customer concerns promptly.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with our products and a general understanding of the technology behind it. You have a background in software.

  • Customer-Oriented Mindset: Putting the customer’s needs first and striving to exceed their expectations is essential for success in this role.

  • Empathetic: Understanding and empathizing with our customer needs and challenges helps in building trust and delivering a personalized experience.
